after that run... my legs really hurt like siao... so when walking down the stpes i almost looked like a penguin lolls...
hahas...
then anyways... struggled during swimming cuz my legs hurt like hell T.T
haiz...

hmms... for the next few days i really have nothing to say... cuz it was too boring... dun wan u all to get bored reading my blog and never come again....
hahas...
